Is my program customized? Absolutely! Your program is completely customized to cater specifically to your unique fitness goals, abilities, and preferences. I understand that everyone has different starting points and aspirations, and our goal is to create a personalized plan that not only challenges you but also aligns perfectly with your individual needs.

How many training sessions will I have per week? The number of training sessions per week is entirely flexible and designed to accommodate your schedule and fitness goals. You have the option to choose between 1 to 5 workouts per week, allowing us to tailor the program to your availability and preferences.

Do I need to have prior fitness experience? You do not need any prior fitness experience to start. My training is designed to be inclusive and adaptable to all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned enthusiasts. I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you progress at your own pace.

How will my progress be tracked? We'll utilize various markers such as weight, measurements, mobility, stress levels, sleep quality, and energy levels. Additionally, we believe in collaboration, so we'll work together to establish personalized markers that resonate with your individual goals and aspirations. By incorporating these diverse metrics, we aim to not only monitor physical changes but also celebrate non-scale victories and improvements in overall well-being.

What Kind of Results Can I Expect? Results vary by individual, but most clients notice improvements in fitness and health within two months. For specific goals like weight loss or muscle gain, initial changes often appear within weeks. Consistency and adherence to the program are crucial for achieving your goals.

How much does it cost?

The cost of personal training varies based on the program that best suits your needs and goals. While I tailor each program to provide the most effective and personalized experience, sessions start at $80. Additionally, you do not need to purchase a gym membership in addition to the training, as all sessions are held at a private facility. To get a precise estimate, I recommend booking a complimentary first session where we can discuss your specific requirements and create a plan that works for you.

Can the program be adjusted if I have a specific health concern? Absolutely, yes! Your program is designed to be adaptable and can be adjusted to accommodate any specific health concerns or limitations you may have. Your well-being is my top priority, and I'm committed to creating a safe and effective fitness plan tailored to your individual needs.

What qualifications do you have? I'm not only a certified trainer, but I also bring a unique aspect to my expertise – a personal transformation story. I've walked my own fitness journey, experiencing challenges and triumphs along the way. This means that I not only possess the technical knowledge to guide you but also an unparalleled level of empathy and understanding.

What Happens if I Have Questions or Need Support? I'm readily available for questions or support outside our scheduled sessions. You can contact me via email, text, or the training app, with responses usually within 24 hours. For urgent issues, we can arrange quick calls or messages to ensure continuous support throughout your fitness journey.
